Proposed Universal Collection Areas - Prop 218 Process

All residential properties within the Universal Collection Area are required to have solid waste collection services provided by a private Franchise Garbage Hauler. If you have received a mailer, you are located in a proposed Universal Collection Area and will be subject to the proposed rate.

Multi-family properties using bin service will be provided 240 gallons of combined service per residential living unit. You must send in a written protest prior to the Public Hearing date of December 5, 2023 or you can bring your written protest to the Public Hearing. Your written protest may be in the form of a letter or may also be in the form of a petition with the Name, Address, and Signature of each separate protestor. Only one protest per parcel will be counted.
