Schedule of Upcoming Public Information Meetings
Public information meetings will be held prior to the December 5, 2023 Public Hearing regarding this proposal. Affected property owners are invited to attend to ask questions or provide comments and input.
The dates, times, and locations of these meetings are as follows:
Written Protest Information
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MAY BE HEARD BY THE BOARD AT THE PUBLIC HEARING. WRITTEN PROTEST BY THE PROPERTY OWNER OR OTHER RESPONSES CAN BE MAILED OR CAN BE FILED AT THE HEARING, BUT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE CLERK OF THE BOARD PRIOR TO THE HEARING.

WRITTEN PROTESTS FOR EACH AFFECTED PARCEL MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- NAME OF PROPERTY OWNER OR TENANT
- ADDRESS OR PARCEL NUMBER (APN)
- SIGNED IN A MANNER THAT ALLOWS CONFIRMATION OF THE OWNER’S NAME.
If a written protest does not include the information above it may not be properly received and therefore not counted.

Lists of Affected Parcels by UCA
Property owners who would like to confirm if their property will be affected by the proposed plan can utilize the lists below. These lists contain all affected parcels in each proposed Universal Collection Area and are organized by the Assessor Parcel Number (APN).
If you are unsure of your property's APN, you can locate your ATN by entering your address into the 'Search by Address' option on the Kern County Treasurer-Tax Collector's website. The APN is the first 8 digits of your ATN.
For example: if your ATN is 123-456-78-90-1, then your APN is 123-456-78.
